Yuju Mail Club Rules & Details

Yuju Mail is our monthly snail mail club designed to celebrate art and the joy of receiving something special as art lovers!

Membership

• $12/month (monthly value of $20+)

Signing up

• You may join at any time during the current month and still receive that month’s mail (example: sign up in April to receive April’s Yuju Mail)

Pickup or shipping

• Choose in-store pickup or shipping at checkout.
• Please make sure your contact and mailing information is accurate.

Pickup perk

• In-store pickup members receive 10% off one additional Shop Yuju purchase when picking up their monthly mail and/or a tiny extra goodie when available!

Timing

• Monthly mail is typically fulfilled by the end of each month.
• Pickup members will be notified once ready.

Important notes

• All Yuju Mail purchases are final sale.
• Prepaid memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Pickup orders should be collected within 30 days of notice.

For shipping and damage issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help. Please note that untracked snail mail can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, so we kindly ask that you allow a generous delivery window before reporting an item as missing.
