There is something deeply special about slowing down, opening a piece of real mail, and experiencing art in an analog way. Each month, we spotlight a different artist, sharing their work through thoughtfully curated mail that feels personal, beautiful, and worth keeping. Meet our may artist @miibrew!

Miibrew is the embodiment of silliness and nostalgia. My goal is to capture feelings of comfort and joy in my art; the same feelings we felt when life was more simple in our childhood. 

A fond memory of my childhood is my mother teaching me the state symbols of California, where we immigrated to in 2008. One of the most notable state symbols is the California Poppy, which is in full bloom in May. Whenever I see them on the sidewalks of my neighborhood, it makes me feel so delicate, as the vibrant and light pedals look like it'll be blown away with just a small gust of wind.
